Both level previews and the level page now show a level's team pick date, reupload status/original publisher name, and whether it contains any modded assets. This PR also partially reorders the level page header to resemble this draft more, which I find to be less cluttered, simpler and easier to work with (less ways to break or look ugly in edge cases).
